️ TPO Roofing Installer
Schedule: August 2023 & August 28 Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Install thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane roofing systems
- Follow factory SOPs and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other tradespeople during modular home assembly
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of roofing experience
- Familiarity with TPO systems and tools
- Ability to work in a factory-controlled environment
Electrical Installer (Master Electrician & Helpers)
Schedule: August 2023 & August 28 Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Install electrical systems in modular homes
- Read and follow electrical schematics
- Ensure compliance with safety and code standards
Requirements:
- Licensed Master Electrician or experienced helper
- 3+ years of residential or modular electrical experience
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot
Plumbing Installer (Master Plumber)

Responsibilities:
- Install plumbing systems in modular homes
- Interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts
- Test systems for leaks and functionality
Requirements:
- Licensed Master Plumber
- 3+ years of plumbing experience

LVT Flooring Installer

Responsibilities:
- Install luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring in modular homes
- Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials
- Ensure smooth and level installation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of flooring installation experience
- Skilled in LVT and other residential flooring systems
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
