Description We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Analyst to join our client's growing team on a contract-to-permanent basis. As an Entry-Level Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing large data sets, providing insights, and supporting business objectives. Duties: + Perform accounts receivable and billing + Assist with reporting and reconciliation + Collect, mine, monitor and review data + Process financial transactions - tracking time and expenses + Assist in the preparation of reports + Perform data entry, verification, and back-up; and maintain database · + Other duties as assigned Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or similar Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required + MUST have Intermediate skills in MS Excel (Pivots, V-lookups, formulas, Etc.) + Some experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable desired + Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, self-motivated and organized + Good communication and presentation skills - verbal and oral + Ability to prioritize task, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
