Job Description

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Express Technician to join our team at McDonough Hyundai in Mcdonough, Georgia. This is a full-time hourly position in the auto industry and the ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong background in automobile maintenance and repair. As an Express Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of routine maintenance services and minor repairs on vehicles. This is an individual contributor role with potential for growth within the company. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position is $16 to $18 per hour, paid weekly. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Perform quality inspections on vehicles to identify any potential issues
Communicate with Service Advisors and customers regarding recommended services and potential repairs
Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available for tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in the auto industry or completion of a technical training program
Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance and repair
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
