FULL TIME EVENINGS RECEPTIONIST job at Arlington Toyota Jacksonville, FL, US

Job Description

Arlington Toyota has a need for part-time Receptionist, for nights and weekends. This is a great position for college students, and bilingual abilities are preferred!

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Receptionist - answer and route incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate associates, assist dealership visitors, provide callers with requested information such as company address and directions, and perform other administrative tasks as needed. Hours are Monday thru Friday 1pm to 9pm. Flexibility to cover other shifts when needed!

REQUIREMENTS

Friendly disposition
Great communication skills
Comfortable working in a busy work environment
Superior customer service skills
High energy work ethic
Experience with Microsoft Word and/or Excel is a plus
