The General Sales Manager ensures high vehicle sales by assisting in desking deals, closing customer transactions, and motivating associates. Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Managing & overseeing incoming traffic from all leads
• Assist in desking deals based on current incentives
• Assist in inventory control, ensuring a focus on aging units
• Track Daily, Weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
• Attend and complete regular meetings & training's

• Must have used car experience
• New car dealership experience required
• Ability to attract and retain talent
• Customer-facing engagement management style
• Track and record of success as Sales Person Manager and Finance Producer
• Time and Task Management
• Strong emotional control and ability to influence others for better results
