This job is part of the Location Analytics function. They are responsible for developing and maintaining geographical information systems databases, applications, and tools. **What You'll Do:** + Create specifications for various mapping or data analysis projects. + Provide training and assistance to Jr. team members in their respective areas of expertise. + Collect and create new data sets based on project requirements using mapping techniques or software. + Develop custom client templates or equations to streamline efficiencies. + Research and obtain accurate market data for a specific line of business. + Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Impact the quality of own work. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, ESRI, Adobe Creative cloud, etc. + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
