This role provides the opportunity to shape and elevate user experiences across multiple platforms, including employee, employer, and administrative portals. The Lead Product Designer will tackle complex business and customer problems, translating them into intuitive, elegant design solutions that drive product adoption and engagement. You will guide the full design lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to final delivery and post-launch iteration—while mentoring junior designers and collaborating closely with product managers and developers. This is a fast-paced, innovative environment where design decisions directly impact the satisfaction and productivity of users globally. The role demands a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership to align design efforts with business goals. Accountabilities:

• Analyze user and business problems to identify pain points and opportunities for impactful design solutions.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from ideation, prototyping, design QA, to post-launch iteration.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure alignment on objectives and execution.
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers, promoting best practices and growth.
• Conduct design reviews and one-on-one coaching sessions to maintain high design standards.
• Drive product vision and ensure holistic design solutions across multiple platforms.
• Ensure design outputs are consistent, scalable, and aligned with brand and product strategy.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience as a product designer in fast-paced environments, preferably scale-ups or startups.
• 2+ years of experience leading product design teams, mentoring designers, and managing design projects.
• Strong expertise in UX and UI design, with experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while empowering and guiding team members.
• Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills with product and development teams to ensure seamless design integration.
• Comfortable managing the full development cycle with minimal oversight.
• Passion for continuous learning, design excellence, and user-centered solutions.
