You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
Education – Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Licensure – Active Ohio LPN license.
Certifications – IV Certification (required) + CPR (within 30 days of hire).
Experience – 1+ year of clinical LPN experience preferred.
Key Clinical Skills:
Safe & accurate medication administration.
Infection control compliance.
Vital signs and patient observation.
Documentation of care and patient progress.
Your Day-to-Day:
Deliver compassionate, direct patient care.
Administer medications per provider orders.
Accurately document vitals, observations, and interventions.
Collaborate with RNs and care team to support patient recovery.
