BitPay builds powerful tools for accepting, storing, and spending cryptocurrency securely. 

We’re looking for a talented marketing designer who has experience creating marketing assets that range from the digital to the physical realm. The ideal candidate will have an outstanding portfolio that is a testament to their empathy for users, their ability to balance the simple with the fun and robust and their visual design sensibilities. We are looking for a designer who is comfortable iterating fast and communicating ideas to stakeholders and various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create and define brand experiences for new and existing customer engagement including: social media, digital ads, emails, websites, and playbooks
• Create and define brand experiences for print including brochures, sales sheets, and trade show displays
• Maintain and evolve the brand, ensuring cohesiveness across company channels
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strategic goals are met through visual storytelling
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Contribute to design systems

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience designing marketing materials
• An impressive portfolio showcasing consumer-oriented marketing design
• Experience working at startup/growth- stage company, or having experience designing great products in a tight timeline 
• Experience creating app based marketing assets, social media posts, email, etc. 
• Understanding of process and visual design apps (Figma, Adobe Suite)
• Experience building sites in Framer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience within the Payments, Crypto or Fintech industries is highly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or equivalent experience 
• Preferred Skills: basic understanding of front-end development methodologies and motion graphic design using Jitter or After Effects
