Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct microbiological analyses on a variety of microbial species to support internal research studies.
* Develop and refine protocols for Colony Forming Unit (CFU) quantitation and other microbiological techniques.
* Perform viability and stability assays following established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Process diverse sample types for microbial recovery and cultivation across multiple media types.
* Prepare, analyze, and communicate experimental data and findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
* Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Participate in general lab upkeep, including supply inventory, equipment calibration, and cleanliness.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Client, as well as with external partners as needed.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor"s or master"s degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
* Experience with microbial culturing, aseptic techniques, and microbial quantification methods.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex protocols accurately.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and collaboration.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
