Job Title: Receptionist
Job Location: 333 Coney Street, Bayer Diagnostics, East Walpole, MA. 02032
Job Duration: 2 Months+ Extension
Hours: M-F; 8 AM-5 PM



Resource's typical working day:

• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
• Well-dressed and presentable
• Greets visitors, distributes badges, and manages sign-in
• Handles incoming calls
• Prepares and sets up meeting rooms
• Supports other general administrative tasks as needed

Must Have Skills:

• Strong Communication Skills Clear, professional verbal and written communication
• Collaboration Works well with others and supports team goals
• Professionalism Maintains a polished appearance and respectful demeanor

Years of Experience: 0-2 years and/or related experience



Education: GED or HS



Software skills:

• Basic Computer Functions
• Microsoft 365 Suite: Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams for productivity and collaboration

Interview Process: 1 phone screening , 1 onsite interview



Summary:

• As a CBRE Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.
