Hours : 40hrs/week
Mon-Thur 8am-6pm, Fri 8am-12pm or Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
· Conduct research on steel and related industry companies and analyze specific data to understand developments in relevant industries (Steel, Lithium, Auto, Energy etc.)
· Help in conducting background research for outreach and assisting to manage project-related correspondence in a timely manner
· Maintain a database of steel supply and consumption, pricing, and macro industry drivers.
· Assist in the development of diversification and expansion strategy, including evaluation of M&A opportunities. Traveling may be needed for certain projects.
· Respond to ad hoc requests from managers and from corporate headquarters for information on local markets.
· Assist in writing and presenting industry reports and corporate development plans for top executives
· Produce reports on current events and provide coverage of quarterly earnings of various companies
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
· Excellent business communication skill
· Fluent in both Korean and English
· Available to travel as needed (10~20 days of business trips per year)
· Expert in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel
· Research, M&A, finance experience is a plus
