Job Description
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential clients.
- Research and understand target industries and companies to identify opportunities.
- Manage and maintain leads and sales activities in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Support sales teams in achieving targets and revenue goals .
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach campaigns and messaging.
- Track and report sales metrics, KPIs, and lead conversion rates .
- Continuously improve sales processes and adopt best practices for lead engagement .
