Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Sales Manager and/or General Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and inventory management, with exceptional organizational skills. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the team meets its sales targets. Experience with General Motors preferred, previous experience as a general sales manager or general manager of an automotive dealership is required. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Manage daily operations of the sales team, providing guidance and support as needed. * Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability. * Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and follow-up. * Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. * Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. * Utilize phone etiquette to engage potential clients and maintain ongoing communication with existing customers.
