Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Sales Manager and/or General Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and inventory management, with exceptional organizational skills. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the team meets its sales targets. Experience with General Motors preferred, previous experience as a general sales manager or general manager of an automotive dealership is required.
Responsibilities

* Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.

* Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
* Utilize phone etiquette to engage potential clients and maintain ongoing communication with existing customers.

* Proficient in phone etiquette for effective communication with clients.
* Experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Ability to provide exceptional sales support to both customers and team members.
* Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.
* Solid math skills for accurate calculations related to pricing, discounts, and commissions.
